The Daviess County community is mourning the death of Israel Waggoner, 28, who was killed in a tragic side-by-side rollover crash late Wednesday night on County Road 450 South. According to the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office, emergency responders were dispatched shortly after 10:37 p.m. following reports of a serious rollover crash involving a utility task vehicle. Investigators reported that Israel Waggoner was seated in the front passenger seat at the time of the crash. The side-by-side then slid before overturning off the roadway.
